Approach, Attitude & Respect
The Birthing and Making of Relationships depends upon 3 principles, Approach, Attitude & Respect! Know who you are Approaching The Vision, The Call that has been entrusted to that individual and the responsibilities that are in the Vision. Respecting the years of that Individual 's serving others, Investment to others, tribulations, Betrayals. Hardships, and yet undeniable Fruit and Respect and the Revelation that Individual has and does live by. Conclusion : So listen more than you talk and with humility and learning will come out of this approach. Respect who you are sitting before. The Wisdom of God is the only thing that will teach you when to talk and when not to talk. Unless your opinion is ask for keep silent. It is not needed, even if you believe you are right and have the answer. Remember, "those who do not Respect Your Assignment, disqualifies for your relationship" ( Dr. Mike Murdock ) If you do not Respect me and where I have come from, then don't expect my time and investment. I am not interested in listening to people who always think they that know how Ministry should function, when if time is taken to evaluate that person, many are clouds without water, I know, I know, ( is a part of their language ) there is no fruit in that person's life. Bastards with a NO Matic spirit whose testimony has been No Covering, No accountability, No Home Church, I will pray about it or if I feel led. People waiting to hear from God , whom God has not heard nor does he. ( John 9:31 ) God does not know them. These people cannot lead and have no testimony that they have followed, and yet they want to Lead and tell you how to build and tell you what is wrong with your home and Church. I am one Pastor that does not get overly excited about just anyone showing up to Church, until you know where they have come from and what motive that person or persons have by attending. If that person or persons wants help, yes we are here for that, healing, restoration, hope, peace, etc. But, if the motivate is to sow discard, gossip, or to find or expect a position? And if they are Born Again, THEY MUST BE PROVEN in submission to the Leader, the Authority that God has placed in that Church. (Hebrews 13:7,17) - ( Titus 2:8) What have we seen and heard? Wrong Approach, Attitude, and no Respect to the Man of God, the House of God, We need to stay close to these 3, for they are our buckler and protection today and until this race is finished. ( I Cor 11:1) Amen!
